Responsibilities in Mobilink
• To remove all types of RF issues(High losses, INHSR,PB,IOI etc) from cell sites which may due to hardware issue or any BSS parameter issue to ensure quality service to customers. It may include adjusting the VSWR, calibrating the carrier units for Tx and Rx path, to balance the Rx and TX paths, to ensure all site Resources to work properly to avoid congestion and losses and all software parameters in Huawei & Motorola BTS
• To provide on-line or site support to local Level-I On Call team for any Critical BSS/TXN &Power issues.
• Trouble shooting of HUAWEI BTS3900 regarding BSS/TXN & Power issues
• Installation and commissioning of HUAWEI BTS complete System
• Verify the logically/Physically configuration parameter of Huawei BTS
• Verify the transmit/Receive mode configuration of HUAWEI BTS
• Up gradation of software of HUAWEI Equipment
• Acceptance of the new BTS/BSC after installation and commissioning
• Monitor the daily basis stats after trouble shooting the Issues by using iManagerM2000
• Responsible for overall functioning of complete GSM network
• Use of various RAM and EMON commands for BSS diagnostics and troubleshooting
• --O&M of Huawei RTN 900/950/950A/980 Series Microwave links
• -MICROWAVE SYSTEM CONFIGURATIONS & Troubleshooting:
• -Carrying out BTS and BSC GCLK Calibrations, TRX Calibrations
• Locating exact cause of fault/breakdown using Events and initiating corrective actions
• Antenna sweep testing of the system by using Anritsu Site Master and Bird Site Analyzer.
• Trouble shooting of Motorola equipment’s on daily basis.

BSS Engineer Level 2
Worked as BSS Engineer Level 2 Support in operation department in central region and manage the technical store hand over the tools as per requirement to teams in ZONG project.
Project Manager
Worked as a Project Manager to manage the difference tasks across the multiple teams in the region for up gradation the network, to plan and arrange activities to be completed in time with Ericsson project expectations.
BSS/TXN Level II Support Team
Worked in Huawei on MS project in jazz, Responsibilities are the same as Mobilink.
