Responsibilities
To strengthen Government Health Facilities with technical support to reduce avoidable morbidity and mortality and continue essential health care services in the context of COVID-19 outbreak in District Peshawar, Khyber Pukhtunkhwa.
Undertaking assessment including assessment of mental health needs, risk assessment and psychometric testing.
Diagnosing mental, emotional and behavioral disorders.
Formulating a psychological explanation of the client\'s issues.
Planning and implementing therapy and psychosocial support to the community.
Evaluate the results of counseling methods to determine the reliability and validity of treatment.
Establishing a collaborative working relationship with client based on trust and respect.
Reports generation on the activities conducted and record keeping in hard and soft.
Training and supervision of other psychologists and field staff.
Multidisciplinary teamwork, management and coordinated approach with management for smooth services delivery.
Maintaining good team work and professional relationship with community and health department.
Conflict resolution and issues management at field level in the best interest of community, organization, donors and other stakeholders.
Collecting information about individuals or clients, using interviews, case histories, observational techniques and other assessment methods.
Developing therapeutic and treatment plans based on clients\' interests, abilities and needs.
Follows the ethical principles of client confidentiality and get consent while offering services.
Ensures safety and security of documents.
Identification of potential beneficiaries for kits distributions.
Assisting other project staff in trainings delivery and arrangements for training.
Strengthening of project referral mechanism and maintaning full record of the chronic patients referred for secondary and tertiary health care.

Responsibilities 
1.        Development of training modules
·         Development of training modules, trainer manual, participant handbook
2.        Conduction of trainings
·         To conduct trainings as per schedule
·         To facilitate learning for participants through added reading aids and guidelines
3.        Planning training activities
·         To plan and develop training activities with estimated time and materials involved
1.        Development of training pre/post-tests
·         Development and pretesting of training pre/post-tests
2.        Provision of technical guidance
·         Shall provide technical supervision as per request to the staff
·         Shall report supervision sessions for each individual staff member
·         Teaches psychology subject to the FA, Fsc
·         Taking session of those students who have some psychological, academic or relationship problems.
·         On each Friday conducting a sermon on the topic of behavior modification and how to cope with different life stressor.
·         Academic Incharge of college.

·         For assessment purposes use projective tests (HFD, HTP, BGT-II, SPM, RISB, TAT, ROR)
·         After assessment detailed treatment plan for targeted behavior was made
·         Provide individual, group and Family therapies
·         Provide outreach services for family and group counseling
·        Developing  monthly planners of the activities

Responsibilities
·         Taking case histories
·         Screening, assessing and diagnosing mentally disturbed people

·         Taking Psycho Therapy sessions with admitted Patients having Conversion Disorder, Adjustment Problem, Stress Disorder, PTSD, Pathological grief, Major Depression.
·         Individual and family/group counseling.
·         Morning meeting with drug addict patients.
·         Provide psychosocial support to drug addicts
