Due diligence and risk assessment of sub grantees organization.
Review and updating of organizational polices, Manuals and Forms.
Preparation and provision of Data to Federal Board of Revenue under different notices and presenting the organization therein.
Seeking GST exemption from FBR and EAD under USAID funded Projects.
Coordination with Tax consultants for filing of annual and withholding tax returns.
Provision of data for PCP and FBR registration as per national rules and regulations.
Capacity building trainings of Subgrantees in financial and human resource functions.
Organizational consolidated payroll and allocation to projects on level of effort basis and also calculation of indirect office cost and its allocation to projects.
Subgrantees budgeting and financial reports review.
Involved as team lead in implementation of Enterprise Recourse Planning (ERP) at organization level form inception to customization of software in accordance with organization requirement and shifting of financial data form Quick book to ERP.
Other Job responsibilities is to manage a team finance officers for vouchers review, bookkeeping, reconciliations and taxation, and ensure compliance with the Organization policies.
Overseeing online Grant Management Information system for the Sub grantees record Keeping, grants forecasts and payments, coordinate with grants unit to ensure timely disbursements and maintain proper auditable documentation while ensuring compliance to Donor and TDEA policies.
Facilitate all work pertaining to Financial, Donor, compliance and Management level audits.
Also working as Fund Manager for TDEA’s Employees Provident Fund and Gratuity Fund.
