To Check & Review all Inspection Reports such as NDT (RT, UT, MPI, DPT), Fabrication, welding, dimension & casting reports and forward to 3rd party classification societies or client for the acceptance.
Responsible to conduct Welding Procedure Qualification Record WPQR & Welders Qualification Tests WQT for upcoming projects in front of 3rd party classification societies.
Final inspection as per quality standards & procedures before handing over to Client.
Evaluate the qualifications of Welders & QC personnel such as Welding Inspectors & NDT technicians.
Supports and participate to all internal/external audits.
Examine the work area to assure that all required work has been completed and is in compliance with the contract requirements and resolve any differences.
Ensure that all weld welder and welding activities are correctly specified and carried out in accordance with the relevant international codes, client specifications and applicable company welding procedures.
QMS / QHSE Implementation, management reporting and coordination.
Implementation of ISO 9001, 18001, 14001 and ISO 17025 for calibration lab.
Manage and supervise the operational activities and solving technical issues.
Read and understand specifications, reference code and standard.

Performed Full Drill Pipe Inspection (Visual Inspection, Dimensional Inspection, O.D Gauging, Ultrasonic Thickness Gauging, Thread Gauging, EMI Inspection, UT/MPI Slip Upset Inspection and UT/UV Light End Area Inspection.
Performed Full Body/End Areas inspection on Rotary Subs, Drill Collars, Heavy Weight Drill Pipes, Stabilizers, Rollers, Reamers (MPI on Ferrous and DPI on Non-Ferrous).
