It was admin and clerical position including phone calls putting patient on triage maintaining reception and conducting meetings with the doctors and patient with regards to their problems. Dealing with patients on phone and face-to-face provide prescription for the medication and registering them with the surgery.

This was the HR position where I worked and managed employee relationships grievances and dealing with d problems faced by the employees.
