Assistant Manager Warehouse
Projects & Location - Pakistan Mobile Communication Limited (PMCL) C-II Region (Multan)
Responsibilities:
Responsible to support all projects for the Logistics, according to the policies and procedures.
Coordinates with GMs, PMs, other managers and supervisors to minimize logistic time and cost for project implementation.
Perform full support and expertise in implementation of online system SCM (WMS) for inventory control and warehousing.
Tracking and checking of daily issuance(GOB) and receiving (GIB) orders and preparing daily reports.
Ensure safety of inventory and other assets in warehouse/ transit.
Ensure stock control systems up to date and inventory accuracy.
Analyze the Inventory Record and producing reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Conduct audit for proper operations and inventory control.
Liaison with LSP, transporters, execution /installation teams for delivery and installation of equipment at respective sites.
Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees performance, communicate job expectations and training of staff, and planning future capacity requirements.
Determine staffing levels and assign workload.
Preparation of KPI and LSP Daily performance report.
Ensure productivity targets are achieved and all warehouse processes are running smoothly and promptly.
