- Innovation in Hiring through –Enhancing candidate experience, Employee referral program, building candidate pipelines.
- Involved in both active recruitment (i.e., through job boards) and passive recruitment (i.e., through various social media channels).
- Maintain Candidate Pipeline tracker and hiring reports using MS Excel and focused on candidate experience.
