I have experience over the past four years In different sectors, mostly in Social and Developmental sector.My last job was working as a Customer Services Officer/Cashier at Univest national food group while as in development Sector my Last Job was with People for UNDP as a Local Govt/Youth Ambassador/Team Supervisor at Local Govt Reforms Unit, LG RD Dept KPK with Collaboration of People for United NationsDevelopment Program (UNDP) Pakistan from 01st Dec 2019 to 30th Sep 2021.Currently I am seeking an Oppurtunity and can join immediately in Social/Development and Corporate Sector. Duties and Responsibilities;
Providing introductory information to new customers.
Ensuring that customers are satisfied with services.
Following up with clients or customers to check that they’re still satisfied with any
services which they have been provided.
Letting customers or clients know about additional services.
Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer a customer’s questions.
Escalating queries and concerns.
Troubleshooting common issues with a service. operates a cash register, communicates with customers,
assists other restaurant staff as needed
Processing credit card payments, accepting cash payments and making change, and
using a point of sale(POS) system for transactions.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. To assist the District Coordinator in the following!
a. To Conduct Field Activities In The Designated Districts.
i. Focus Group Discussions and Public Meetings.
ii. Meetings with office bearers of Political Parties,Youths and Students.
iii. Any other Task as assigned.
2. Reporting of daily activities to District Coordinator.
3. Transmission of all means of Verifications for all activities to the District Coordinator on time.
4. Any Other Task As Assigned.
5. Jointly Coordinated activities with District Administration including Assistant Commissioner, Tehsildar, TMA and provides secretarial support to Tehsil Muncipal Administration, in the Response of COVID-19 at Field.
1. The Purpose of the Study was to Generate recommendations for the Govt of KP to improve Service Delievery in the merged areas by optimizing the district district administration,s Performance.
2. Used a mixed method approach the study was conducted in all merged areas districts and draw upon multiple data sets, collected and analysed in a phased approach.
