I am a professional in agriculture research and rural development. I have 6 years working experience in project implementation, value chain, value addition, farmer field schools, monitoring field visits, workshops, gender training at selected communities, project management, data analysis, research writing articles, report writing, I have published research publications in several research journals.
The Community Organizer will coordinate project activities in respective communities, liaise with community-based groups, mobilize project participants and support the achievement of Project goals and objectives.Under the supervision of Value Chain Specialist, Community Organizer will be responsible for providing support in project activities.Organize and strengthen the Producer Groups into viable community-based organisations. Identify and engage the primary producers of Banana & food processors, agro-dealers and other potential community members to participate in project activities. Coordinate the identification of needs for capacity-building and subsequent conduct of trainings and related-capacity building activities for producer groups and other project partners.Assist in the development, promotion and use of appropriate technologies related to agricultural productivit, marketing and food safety.Constantly identify, build relationships and liaise with like-minded and/or entities particularly those whose ventures are aligned with the project's objectives i.e value chains development of selected commodities.Regularly gather information relevant to the project
Work under the guidance and supervision of Focal Person.
Maintain good working relationships with government and private sector project partners / stakeholders.
Develop work plans aligned with the project objectives - with advice and support of project partners.
Track the work plans associated with the relevant project partners and submission of weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual, and any emerging reports.
Facilitation of project partners in achieving project deadlines/milestones committed with the funding agency.
Design and conduct experiments in social and natural science context in field and laboratory conditions.
Daily reporting of monitoring activities to line manager and M&E manager through e-mails
Timely communication of issues identified during monitoring visits with line manager
Write journal papers, develop project reports, develop brochures, and present scientific publications.
Organize and conduct meetings, workshops, seminars, visits, and briefings. Facilitation of project partners in implementation of the project following the Agriculture Research Sindh, financial and policy guidelines.
Maintain portfolio of the project in social, press, and electronic media. Any other assignments required for satisfactory completion of the key role requirements.

Prior to the first growing secession conducted a number of awareness raising meetings on the issues of sustainability in the cotton sector (tailored to the local situation and the production system).
