Responsibilities:• Oversee the maintenance team of 06 members for five critical shops• Delegate the tasks to meet maintenance plans and schedule• Conduct internal meetings to resolve pending and non-compliant issues• Communicate and negotiate with vendors for repair and maintenance works• Track the plant performance using maintenance metrics (MTBF, MTTR, Availability, etc.)• Develop cost saving strategies using commonization and resourcing techniques• Develop and control budget for maintenance• Evaluate employee performance and identify their training needs• Perform data-based analysis and decision making• Develop WIS, OPLs, FCs and execute training plan and On-Job Tests to upskill the staff• Track and implement 5S and work safety through surprise audits• Record areas of improvements and assign them to workers for closure• Prepare performance presentation and present it to senior management weekly
