At Your Service (Ays):
Operate Telephone Switchboard Station, Process Guest Requests For Wake Up Calls, Screening Calls, And Other Requests Related To Placing Or Receiving Telephone Calls. Answer, Record, And Process All Guest Calls, Requests, Questions, Or Concerns. Provide Information To Guest About Room Features, Property Amenities, And Local Areas Of Interest.
Housekeeping:
Supervise The Bedroom Making, Public Area Maintaenance And Cleaning, Working Experience On Opera , Making Of Daily Task Sheets, Room Discripancies, Weekly Reports , Daily Arrival And Departure, Maintan Log Book, Conduct Morning Briefing Sessions For Staff.
