Responsibilities included for this role was;
• Assist the Head of Operations and Human Resources to research and define the IT strategy to support the company’s overall goals and business plan.
• Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures.
• Manage the IT budget of the organization.
• Plays the main role in new software selection for the company and ensures IT quality control on development work.
• Manage the IT department to make sure that all IT Hardware and Software and the whole IT infrastructure of the company are well maintained.
• Maintain the company’s IT security and confidentiality of IT data.
• Manage and coordinate all major IT and Web projects including resources and timelines.
• Manage the IT and Web staff and their development within the company.
• Coordinate with Head of Operations and Head of Sales for brain storm on new ideas for Web Projects to increase company’s revenue.
• Manage and Execute Web Projects as per Management’s guidelines.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities related to Information Technology that may be delegated by the top Management.

• Develop high-quality web solutions as per client’s requirements.
• Identify, prioritize and execute tasks in the software development life cycle.
• Develop tools and applications by producing clean, efficient code.
• Automate tasks through appropriate tools and scripting.
• Review and debug code.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to fix and improve products.
• Document development phases and monitor systems.
• Ensure in-house websites are up-to-date with latest technologies.
