A humanitarian and Development professional with knowledge, exposure and experience in emergency relief, recovery, disaster management, livelihoods recovery and development. As an Executive Director I was responsible to:
• Lead and manage the Organization within the guidelines established by the Board.
• Report to the Board of Directors.
• Recommend the strategic plan to the Board and implement the corresponding operational and Programme plans.
• Conduct meetings with Donors and Shall be responsible for conducting fund raising activities
• Direct and monitor the activities of the Organization in a manner that ensures that the strategic, operational and financial plans are met.
• Develop and implement operational policies to guide the Organization within the limits prescribed by the Organization’s articles and the framework of the strategic directions adopted by the Board.
• Develop and recommend to the Board the overall organizational structure and the appointment of Management staff of projects and programmes.
• Develop and maintain an annual Board plan for the development and succession of senior management.
• Manage and oversee the required interfaces between the Organization and the donors and act as the principal spokesperson for the Organization. This includes the responsibility for managing the equity and other financial interfaces on behalf of the Organization.
• Provide annual audit and progress report to the Board of Directors of PRDS with the support of programme manager and manager operation.
• Manage financial matters and operate the bank accounts of PRDS along with Programme manager and Manager Operation. Shall manage the ongoing projects of the organization
• Hire and fire the staff under the guidelines of System, Operations and Procedures of the Organization with the consultation of seiner management of PRDS
• Create and maintain friendly working environment within the organization and its field offices
• Manage and maintain organization financial matters and implementation of activities fair and transparent as per the international standards with humanitarian spirit

• Performs appraisals / performance review.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of activities to donors/ partners.
