b) Yousaf Dewan Company (formerly Dewan Mushtaq Group) is Pakistan premier group having activities comprising of manufacturing and marketing of various types of products such as automobiles, sugar, cement and textile etc. The group spread over state of the art production facilities at different locations in Pakistan. The group has a wide customer range in both domestic and International markets.

Product Enquiry:
a) Coordination with Marketing or Customer for every new enquiry (Local/Export)
b) Product analysis at enquiry stage if needed coordinate with customer or PD team.
c) Cost analysis of product by coordination with costing team or BCID team
d) Machine capabilities if needed coordinate with Production concerns of respective areas.
e) Prepare shipment schedule and share it with Customer or Marketing team
Order Execution:
a) Receive product details from PD and share it with concern areas.
b) Arrange raw materials through coordination with supplier or procurement team
c) Coordinate production plans with respective areas i.e spinning, yarn dyeing, weaving and processing.
d) Circulate product specifications to Quality and Production teams.
e) Conduct daily follow -up meeting to resolve all problems appears during manufacturing.
f) Coordinate with packing and inventory departments for movement of goods.
Shipment Targets:
a) Follow-up of monthly sales target received from Marketing.
b) Prepare monthly shipment plans to achieve sales target.
c) Present monthly production and shipment details with higher management.
d) Execution of outsourcing projects from contracts preparation till payments.
System development:
a) Implementation of Quality management system practices.
b) Continuous improvement of the production processes within the supply chain through identifying and
implementing improvement opportunities.
c) Established and ensured adherence to incoming goods safety stock levels (Min. & Max.) based on
sales orders and forecast.
d) Facilitate customer and auditor visits i.e. IKEA, NEXT, GOTS, OEKOTEX

Production/Operations:
To ensure optimum production (OPS) through application of modern techniques with minimum resources.
Maintenance:
a) Implementation of preventive maintenance by consulting OEM through catalogue or coordinating
with their technicians.

of spinning i.e. Blowroom, Card, Ring, Autocone, Power House, Workshop etc.
