Provide mentorship to GTs for preparations and demonstrate of SRP Teaching and Learning Materials in the classroom
a. Observe and assist GTs in; a. Pre/post school visits

 Prepare and conduct tablet-based Formative Assessment (FA) in every second month
 Assist GTs in preparation and conduction of formative (every second month) and summative assessments (once in a year)
 Share FA results with GTs, Teachers, District Focal Persons (DFPs), Taluka Education Officers (TEOs) and District Education Officers (DEOs)
 Support GTs in involving parents and School Management Committees (SMCs) in creating school-community linkages for promotion of reading culture and education
 Co-facilitate and support GTs in conduction of monthly cluster based review, planning and refresher session of teachers
 Attend quarterly review meeting called by DEOs, DFP, Learning & Literacy Advisors (LLA)s and Master Trainers (MTs)
 Attend trainings and refreshers organized by Master Trainers
 Collect teachers and students data as guided by SRP C-2, M&E and, DFPs and LLAs team
 Collect M&E data against each log frame indicators (n=12).
 Help and support M&E team to Conduct Data Verification exercise at field level
 Coordinate and Support M&E team during field visits and other Monitoring visits at field level
 Conduct Advocacy meetings with district Education Adminstration
 Compile M&E data collection tools and further submit to M&E team.
 Compile and share teachers, students and Lesson Plans delivery data with DEOs and DFPs
 Document case studies as guided by SRP Communication team
 Submit monthly narrative report of major activities to DEOs and DFPs
 Conduct monitoring visits of Non Formal Education Centers and provide support to C-4 lead as and when required
