Mr. Abdullah Magsi having Masters degree in Business Administration and working for helpless communities of Pakistan for last 12 years he worked in different NGOs/INGOs in different locations of Sindh, he has good hands on monitoring ,Audit , Project Management , Assessment , training, Database, enterprise development, WASH, DRR, psycho social well-being, classroom management, mobilization, communication, negotiation and conflict management. He also possess great attitude and acceptance from communities he had a good command over local languages of Pakistan including Sindhi, Urdu, Siraiki,Balochi and English he also had a fortune enough knowledge regarding social mapping and report writing.

Provide mentorship to GTs for preparations and demonstrate of SRP Teaching and Learning Materials in the classroom
a. Observe and assist GTs in; a. Pre/post school visits

Prepare and conduct tablet-based Formative Assessment (FA) in every second month
Assist GTs in preparation and conduction of formative (every second month) and summative assessments (once in a year)
Share FA results with GTs, Teachers, District Focal Persons (DFPs), Taluka Education Officers (TEOs) and District Education Officers (DEOs)
Support GTs in involving parents and School Management Committees (SMCs) in creating school-community linkages for promotion of reading culture and education
Co-facilitate and support GTs in conduction of monthly cluster based review, planning and refresher session of teachers
Attend quarterly review meeting called by DEOs, DFP, Learning & Literacy Advisors (LLA)s and Master Trainers (MTs)

Ø Conduct Coordination meetings with Line department and other stakeholders like community and social institutions.
Ø Forecasts, manages, and reports on project financials, planned and actual project schedule, and resources utilization. Understands basic revenues models and cost to completion projections making decisions accordingly.
Ø Uses established scheduling techniques to derive the project schedules, identifies the critical path and potential risks. Effectively applying the scheduling standards and enforcing them with the project teams.
