Procurement of Electrical, Mechanical ,IT, consumable items like safety, lubricants and promotion items.
Good knowledge of whole procurement process
Able to work independent from received MPR to delivered material in factory.
Experience on SAP MM model
Experience of make purchase order, comparative statement and sanction advice.
Good negotiation skills.
Convert MPR into purchase order in 10 to 15 days.
Sent purchase orders to vendors via email.
Vendor’s evaluation through fill vendor pre-qualification form.
Follow up from vendors for timely delivery.
Correspondence from store department for making GRN.
Return rejected material.
Submit bills for payment into finance department, then follow-up from finance to release payment.
Provide tax challan to supplier.
Make file of sent purchase order for record purpose.
Arrangement of samples from supplier.
Coordinate with store regarding rejection.
Good knowledge of SLA (make various SLA also)
