- To achieve the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs) by working with the Pakistani and UK Schools under the Schools Partnerships Programme.
- To co-ordinate the delivery of Connecting Classrooms project (Core Skills, International School Awards and School Leadership) activities and to manage events, communications, networks and external suppliers to meet agreed targets.

- To manage 1200+ venue staff and schedule them across Punjab in liaison with exams operation team for exams like GCE, IELTS, APTIS, Life skills, Professional, etc.
- Ensure procedures are followed and documentation is in place to record venue staff attendance by day and venue, to monitor potential absentee venue staff and arrange replacements for the exam day.
- To manage the venue staff efficiently across different cities by constantly monitoring their performance and addressing their operational and training issues.
