Responsible to overall planing and management of project Program Implementation,at District Torgarh
Responsible for stakeholders liaising & coordination with Donor, Local NADRA , District and local Government Administration, to effectively engage them in project interventions.
To actively involve communities in project assessment, planning, execution and monitoring.
To conduct extensive community mobilization campaign for sensitizing communities regarding women NIC Registration campaign ind district Torharh
To hold advocacy meetings with political leader and line department regarding ensuring government contribution in increasing the women NIC registration campaign opportunities.
Responsible for developing detail implementation plan, execution of work plans and revises as appropriate to meet the goals and objectives of the project.
Responsible for monitoring of project indicators and revises strategies accordingly.
Responsible for communication & reporting to Provincial  Programs Manager on project progress and challenges.

Ability to performed leading role for community development projects and resource mobilization skills. Responsible to make community assessment and the organization to become active and responsive to the community needs. Ability of facilitating local solutions for local needs. Able to conduct various workshop and trainings proposed under Project. Experience of Identification new projects and support in proposals development. Will contribute to and influence the development of food security and livelihood program strategies. Ensure timely completion of all activities while adhering quality aspects. Progress sharing with line management on regular basis along with developing projects monthly, interim and closed out reports. Developing criteria,assessment tools and finalize it after proper consultation with line management. On-going monitoring of all interventions and sharing timely feedback with line management. Monitoring on regular basis impacts of all interventions and share report with all concern. Identify recourse persons for capacity building component under livelihoods. Good team player and bearing interpersonal skills.Implementation of Livelihoods activities which including Quarterly coordination meetings of members of FSCs at District level based on identified issues.
Trainings of FSC agriculture volunteer committee on appraise efficiency to highlight the local farming issues and address them on the forum of FSC and to make it active for better services of local small holding farmers through proper legislation process on by laws.
Organizing lobbying meetings of farmers/influence groups with elected members on issues pertaining to FSC and promotion of sustainable agriculture in the area on the basis on identified and documented issues.
