Installation, Commissioning and Monitoring of Insyabi Hipath 4000 Exchange
Supervision of administrative operations of Windows-based SCADA HMI stations
Preparation of bids/quotations/offers/calculation sheets & follow up on them
Implementation of HSE standards ISO 14001:2004 & OHSAS 18001:2007

Job Functions:
• Supervision of local teams for the smooth network operations & leads the team for the installation, testing & commissioning of new sites (BTS/Rectifier/MW/Generators & Power equipment in the region)
• Work on T2000 Software for getting real time data of sites, also involve in expansion of E1’s at sites by configuring E1’s from Site to BSC and resolve the issues during this activity
• Knowledge of operations functional model: fault mgmt, performance mgmt, configuration mgmt, security mgmt and 3rd party management
• Responsible for operations, maintenance, development & integration of radio access network that includes: BSC (Huawei BTS3606E, BTS3606AE)
• Recommendation of max-out sites for expansion/up-grade as part of capacity planning and pointing out low-revenue sites for appropriate action
• Installation, configuration, troubleshooting & Managing of SDH/PDH MW links which includes Huawei STM-1 X-PIC links, 600 series MW links
• Managing (fault escalation) the Metro SDH Transmission links which includes OSN-7500, 3500 & 1500 SDH nodes
• Dealing with internal/external customer to deliver on-time solution to improve the network KQIs &KPIs
• Responsible for handling technical cases on ticket system and in time resolution of faults to avoid escalations
• Install GMM(Generator Management Modules) to have a good backup of batteries and Generator
• Alarms monitoring on daily basis at sites and make necessary steps to resolve the issues
• Escalate problems and delays to management for timely resolution
• Having good knowledge of LAN, MAN, WAN and SS7 Protocols
• Coordination with finance department for budget approvals
• Devising of network connectivity/trunk diagrams
• Reporting and Analysis of network traffic stats
• Analysis and reporting of Network KPIs
