Document software defects, using bug tracking system, and report defects to software developers.
Spot areas for improvement to enhance the website’s efficiency.

Resolve problems identified by staff employees within the organization, answering questions they may have, carry out back-ups to avoid losing data, and through data tracking and monitoring the system operations and performance issues, fixing them accordingly.
