I operate Telephone Exchange for answer and forward calls to required exchange numbers.
I pay my duties for providing information, take massages and scheduling appointments.
Re- direct calls as appropriate and take adequate massages when required.
Dealing with any inquiries at the reception and communicate with clients and vendors
Greek persons entering the office, determine the nature and purpose of visit and direct them accordingly.
