E-khidmat center is a one window facilitation center where a number of public sector departments are involved in the provision of services to citizens. Each department is providing one or more service using different set of processes which are automated or manual. The services including CNIC/NADRA, Passport, Character Certificate, Armed License, Birth / Death/Marriage/Divorce Certificates,etc.
