• Sales Graphs, Sales Forecasting (which includes Daily, Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Sales Targets for all three brands.)
• 100% Store Retail Operations and Applying Polices & Compliances.
• Controlling and Reduction of Store Expenses, Budgeting and analyzing the P&L Statements for every month.
• Visual Merchandising (SKUs) according to the company’s standards which are visited by the Merchandisers.
• All kinds of Advertising Campaign for Fresh Arrivals and for Promotions.
• To look after the promotions including seasonal and end-season sales, Managing the Customer’s Footfall, Replenishment and Floor Management.
• Inventory Management that is conducting audits at the end of the every month and taking care of it for managing the audits conducted by external auditors.
• Also paying the proper heeds towards customer services, care and building relationships with internal and external customers.
• Keeping the contact all the times with my H/O in Marketing, Supply Chain, IT and Accounts Department to keep the stores update from every aspect.
• Training & development of My Team. Giving them the Best Training of Sales, Customer services, Floor Management, Visual Merchandising, Customer’s Complains handling, New Products, Software training and Religious trainings also.
• Also Assigning the tasks to the staff, and taking the follow ups of these assigned tasks to maintain the SOPs of Store.
• Preparing the Reports on daily basis regarding Sales, stock management, Products, Tasks given by My Boss and Directors.
