Senior Program Specialist
In my current position, I am responsible for overseeing various programs, including the Livelihood Program (which encompasses Food, Health, Education, Cash Grants), Skills Development, Job Placement, and Economic Development.
Mobilization:

Develop and execute strategies for community mobilization and engagement.
Foster partnerships with local stakeholders, organizations, and community leaders.
Mobilize resources and volunteers to support project goals.

Project Implementation:

Lead the implementation of projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets to achieve deliverables.
Oversee project teams, assign tasks, and monitor progress to meet deadlines.
Manage project risks and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful outcomes.

Program Development:

Design and conceptualize new programs based on community needs and organizational goals.
Conduct thorough needs assessments and stakeholder consultations to inform program development.
Establish program goals, objectives, and key performance indicators.
Develop program budgets, allocate resources, and secure funding as needed.

Skills Development:

Create and implement skills development programs tailored to diverse participant groups.
Identify skill gaps and design training curricula to address specific needs.
Assess and track participant progress in acquiring new skills.
Evaluate and refine skills development initiatives for continuous improvement.

Training Development:

Develop training materials, modules, and resources to support various educational and skills training programs.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is current and relevant.
Implement innovative teaching methodologies to enhance learning outcomes.
Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs.

Job Placement:

Facilitate job placement services for program participants, including resume building and interview preparation.
Cultivate relationships with employers and industry partners to identify job opportunities.
Match participants with suitable employment options and provide ongoing support in their job search.
Maintain records of job placement outcomes and success stories.

Small Business Development:

Provide guidance and resources to aspiring entrepreneurs and small business owners.
Assist in the development of business plans, financial strategies, and market analysis.
Foster connections with financial institutions, investors, and mentors to support business growth.
Monitor and assess the performance and sustainability of small businesses in the community. 

 Community Development:

Lead community development initiatives that enhance the quality of life for residents.
Collaborate with community members to identify and prioritize development needs.
Implement projects that promote social cohesion, infrastructure improvement, and sustainable growth.
Measure and report on the impact of community development efforts.

Case Management:

Provide individualized case management services to program participants.
Assess participant needs, develop tailored action plans, and track progress.
Connect participants with appropriate resources, services, and support networks.
Maintain comprehensive case files and documentation.

In my current position I am looking after the 8 regions of Hashoo Hunar Training Center Gwadar, Karachi, Lahore, Rawalpindi, Peshawar Muzaffarabad, Gilgit, and Chitral)

Providing Job placement, internship, traineeship, and apprenticeship opportunities for registered youths and pass-out trainees.
 Maintain the database of CVs of all registered youths/trainees and walk-in clients in an accessible manner.
To compile the socio-demographic and training information of registered youths/trainees.
To identify training areas and help the trainees to prepare their profile, CV/resume, interview skills,
job hunting skills, etc
To organize an employability skills session and skills for reliance sessions for registered youths/trainees.
Filed visits and establish strong relationships and linkages with the different Job Placement Cells, HR
firms and other recrement agencies for current and future hiring.
Provide Self-Employment (entrepreneurship) for registered beneficiaries and youth.
Access to finance sessions for registered beneficiaries and youths.
Arrange entrepreneurial and marketable skills training for the registered beneficiaries and youths.
Identify the current and emerging business opportunities and their profitability for trainees.
Trainees and beneficiaries link to different Govt schemes, (Kamyab Jawan YES program) Microfinance banks, and other grants and loan-providing agencies.
Help youths/beneficiaries for developing the business feasibility plan.
Develop a strong linkage with different fund-providing agencies and maintain the database (micro finances banks, grants, and loan-providing agencies).
Responsible for developing, planning, implementing, and reporting on annual and quarterly work plans
Assist in preparing programmatic quarterly/six[1]monthly and annual reports Help to develop strategies and opportunities of sustainability for JPC long term goals
Ensure proper documentation and Industry, Academia of all the projects/regions
Any other activity or function requested by the line manager

Human Capital, Business Development Services, Networking, Social Safety Nets, Social Risk Mitigation, Social Care Services, Distress Case Managing, Social Safeguards, Gender, Case Management, BEIP (Build Environment Improvement Program), and Safe and Secure Housing.

Conduct household assessment surveys in the pre-identified clusters
Facilitate the program team in identifying and shortlisting PDV households based on the analysis of the household assessment forms.

Visit the families to perform integrated need analysis. Meet with the family and address their perception of the need and their ideas about solution.
Assist the program Team in developing the plans for the selected households in coordination with partner institutions.

To encourage Business Development of youth and proper guidance;
Field Visits Multan, Sargodha, Hafizabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar and Lahore monitoring different project. v Conduct awareness Lecture for social / economic development of youth in different area;
