Senior Program Specialist
In my current position, I am responsible for overseeing various programs, including the Livelihood Program (which encompasses Food, Health, Education, Cash Grants), Skills Development, Job Placement, and Economic Development.
Mobilization:

Job Placement:

Maintain records of job placement outcomes and success stories.

Small Business Development:

Provide guidance and resources to aspiring entrepreneurs and small business owners.

Monitor and assess the performance and sustainability of small businesses in the community. 

 Community Development:

Case Management:

Providing Job placement, internship, traineeship, and apprenticeship opportunities for registered youths and pass-out trainees.
 Maintain the database of CVs of all registered youths/trainees and walk-in clients in an accessible manner.
To compile the socio-demographic and training information of registered youths/trainees.
To identify training areas and help the trainees to prepare their profile, CV/resume, interview skills,
job hunting skills, etc
To organize an employability skills session and skills for reliance sessions for registered youths/trainees.
Filed visits and establish strong relationships and linkages with the different Job Placement Cells, HR
firms and other recrement agencies for current and future hiring.
Provide Self-Employment (entrepreneurship) for registered beneficiaries and youth.
Access to finance sessions for registered beneficiaries and youths.
Arrange entrepreneurial and marketable skills training for the registered beneficiaries and youths.
Identify the current and emerging business opportunities and their profitability for trainees.
Trainees and beneficiaries link to different Govt schemes, (Kamyab Jawan YES program) Microfinance banks, and other grants and loan-providing agencies.
Help youths/beneficiaries for developing the business feasibility plan.
Develop a strong linkage with different fund-providing agencies and maintain the database (micro finances banks, grants, and loan-providing agencies).
Responsible for developing, planning, implementing, and reporting on annual and quarterly work plans
Assist in preparing programmatic quarterly/six[1]monthly and annual reports Help to develop strategies and opportunities of sustainability for JPC long term goals
Ensure proper documentation and Industry, Academia of all the projects/regions
Any other activity or function requested by the line manager
