Responsibilities:
• Purchase requisition received from the various departments.
• To look after all type of purchasing civil, mechanical, electrical, food & general.
• To get the 3 quotation minimum from the different vendors.
• To visit market myself for the purchasing and to get the comparative rates etc.
• After finalizing/approval the price, quality & quantity to prepare purchase order.
• To make the delivery Challan / dispatch advise.
• To obtain GRN from the concern department.
• After completion of entire documentation demand, quotation, purchase order, GRN & invoice submit to the account department for the payment or recording expense.
• All the admin related works under the manager admin & hr like E-Electric, SSGC billing correction OR new connection.
• To follow up government offices like PSQCA for food license, KMC for taxes, CBC for taxes, DHA for documentation and taxes, KW&SB billing etc.
• To look after issues of company’s peon, driver, watchman etc.
