Developing a Real Time Employee Development Model for the Local Market

As a final year project we had been assigned to conduct a training session on employee development model. So we conducted a training session of 3-hours in Cozmuler Engineering Pvt Ltd Islamabad which was based on presenting our proposed theoretical model to the top level management and employees. Cozmuler Engineering (Pvt) Ltd. works diligently to provide engineering solutions that are within the client’s budget and schedule requirements. Cozmuler being led by Mr.Tahir Bajwa and it is one of the emerging companies in the private sector. We conducted a 3-hour training session in which we presented our proposed theoretical model to their top level management and employees. It also included activities upon training and development, we further arranged the clips regarding communication within an organization to further elaborate the effectiveness of the communication which we linked to our core topic of our project i.e., training and development. We also provided them the booklet comprises upon the helping material and guide towards implementing the most effective techniques of employee development model.
