Builds peer support and strong internal-company relationships with other key management personnel.
Responsible to coordinate with the respective government departments regarding services.
Responsible to develop process flows of all the sales & services.
Responsible to train departmental staff on facilitation center application and processes.
Responsible to conduct building and grounds maintenance.
Responsible to allocate and manage space within buildings.
Responsible to manage services such as cleaning, waste disposal and parking.
Carrying out regular site inspections to identify any areas that need repairing.

Organizing the security and general administrative services of the building.
