Key Responsibilities
Process confirmations of probationary employee in accordance with the Bank's policy and procedure.
Process the intimation to employee regarding his retirement from the bank's service keeping his business / group in loop and follow-up the same in order to ensure the employee's exit from bank at age of superannuation is done in time.
Process the cases of retirement in terms of pre-mature on medical grounds keeping in consideration the requisites in term of approvals and bank's policy and procedures.
Process of various employment certificates to employees which includes Transfer Orders, All types of Service Certificates NOCs, Bank's Verifications etc.
Process of approvals regarding payments of allowances to clerical / non-clerical staff and deceased staff.
Process of all statutory payments to staff (all grades) regarding IBP CFA, CISA, FRM Fees Reimbursement , IBP Cash Awards and IBP Promotions.
Maintain leave record of all officers / executives Bank-wide ensuring that all the staff has availed mandatory leave as per SBP circular.
