Job Responsibilities at Huawei Project(U900/4G4/4G5 /LTE installation):
 Installation, testing and commissioning of U900, FDD, TDD, LTE1800 installation
 Configuration and Script uploading to BBU 3900L, 3900, 3910 with UBBP and LBBP, and UMPT.
 Have a practical experience on ISDP for ESH and Site Verification and WDT for Commissioning.
 Troubleshoot till its visibility and can work in shift.
 Making SIR report for each site with pictorial Proof of Site installation.
 Co-ordinations with both our Company and Huawei Engineers during installation till completion.  Responsible for on-site survey, installation, testing, integration, commissioning and maintenance of 2G (GSM)/3G/4G (LTE) and Microwave network equipment.  Provide technical support to customers through remote and on-site trouble-shooting.  Perform software commissioning of wireless Network elements and integration with related network elements.

Job Responsibilities at NEC Microwave (FTK, Swap, roll out):
 Complete Installation of NEC Microwave LINK (e.g. Installation of MW Antennas, ODU’s, IDU’s and XPIC cables all with proper cabling on both sides of the link) for ZAIN (Telecom Operator in KSA) Project.
 Configuration and commissioning of NEC microwave link Using IPASO Link for IPASO 400/400A/1000 to make it operational.
 Different types of links (1+0 , 1+1 SD link ,2+0, 2+2 SD link , 4+0 , 4+4 SD , 8+0 link etc. ) are installed as per demand of the client.
 All kind of required Tests like Interference test, Alignment Test and XPD Test are performed at the time of commissioning just to verify the accuracy of installation.
 Up-gradation of firm ware version of IPASO 400/400A/1000 as per need at field.

Responsibilities as Safety Officer.
 Provide safety oversight for Field Operations and Facilities Engineering & Construction activities, including contractors
• Conduct site inspections and/or observations to identify and mitigate hazards
• Monitor safe work system including; confined space, lockout/tag out (LOTO).
• Ensure contractors are working in accordance with Client procedures and Good International construction Industry Practices.
• Manage the implementation of the company’s HSE programs
• Conduct contractor monitoring and auditing, including permit-to-work (PTW) audits
• Support contractor safety program
• Provide safety orientation/guidance to contractors.
• Provide regular written reports, production-related results and updates to the Senior Management Team.


Responsibilities as Communication Engineer.
 Quality Assurance of work at site as per client’s requirement.
 Planning for the whole work how will be it accomplished and finish.
 Installation of all the communication equipment like data cabinet UTP patch panel and telephone terminal box.
 Configuration and troubleshooting the whole network.

Management of network and IT infrastructure.
 Installing, maintaining and support for all hardware/software’s including PC, Printers
 Complete LAN/WAN Management, Deployment and troubleshooting.
 Monitor network performance in order to determine whether adjustments need to be made and to determine where changes will need to be made in the future.
 Perform backups and disaster recovery operations on data and systems.
 Enforce I.T system policies, including password changes, security, Internet/Email & Disaster Recover.
 Management of CCTV cameras including DVR Installation, Network video server, Remote Monitoring.
 Coordinate with vendor to fix issues related to software used by organization.
 Attendance Machine record maintain and reporting.
 Manage website content and Facebook page and update as required.
 Performs personnel functions (Interviewing, supervising etc.)

Installation, Commissioning and integration of site,
• Measurement of VSWR, Return Loss & Distance to Fault (DTF) using Site Master.
• Quality assurance of complete physical installation according to final quality check list
• Supervision of Complete indoor, outdoor installation,
• Learning of GSM/GPRS architecture and interfaces
• Operating / Maintaining the Radio links with BSCs
• Complete site/hop documentation and reporting.
• Acknowledging the performance of BTS at sites
 Experience of Installation, Commissioning and Troubleshooting of Huawei Transmission equipment RTN605, 610/620 and RTN 910,950,980 (and then further protecting by making XPIC(1+0,2+0)
