Assisting with all logistics related activities at the in all MSF facilities (health facilities, warehouse, houses and office) at the project level.
Assisting with efficient and effective management of the technical and physical infrastructure in the project supports the project logistics supervisor in the implementation of the facility management toolkit.
Collaborating with the project Logistics supervisor to implement the MSF standards in fleet management of vehicles and generators. Completing the monthly fleet reporting (fuel and maintenance and ensures reports any issues to his/her supervisor.
Assisting the project Logistics supervisor in the development and implementation of project Bio-medical equipment maintenance program. Responsible to carry out first line repair on all biomedical equipment. In collaboration with the project Logistics supervisor, carry out user training (basic maintenance) on all biomedical equipment. Responsible for updating the project biomed inventory. In collaboration with the CLS (biomed) is responsible for helping to forecast for biomedical spare parts and consumables.
Assisting the project Logistics supervisor in management of guards and drivers at the project level support the head guard and driver in developing monthly rosters and the day-to-day management of guards and drivers.
Assisting the project Logistics supervisor in completing other tasks as delegated by the project Logistics supervisor. Taking on the responsibilities of the project Logistics supervisor during his/her absence.

Making monthly MMR,  for Nursery, Nutrition, Paeds, Vaccination, Reproductive Health
Receiving medicines Consumption Data and updating the consumption tools
Making 11 Units Stationary Requests Form every month
Collecting Data from 9 Units on Daily and weekly basis
Updating the Data tools daily and weekly and record keeping
Visit all the units to cheek the daily and weekly consumption and monitor the medicines
Several times replaced the Pharmacist
 In  absence of pharmacist making the monthly order ,doing physical count and receiving order

Maintenance, monitoring and follow-up of all Information Technology equipment tools and services in project
Taking backup and updating of the desktops/laptops, the virus definition and engine updates of anti-virus software
Doing schedule maintenance of IT equipment
Giving trainings and supporting staff in IT related task
 

Installing all electrical lightings, Air Conditioners, Fans, Doorbells, water pumps, changer switches.
