· Provide high-level administrative support to the CXO to ensure accomplishments of his tasks.
· Manage professional scheduling for CXO, including agendas, mail, email, calls, travel arrangements and client management.
· Coordinating with Consultants working with Data & Strategy Division on various projects.
· Coordinate complex scheduling and extensive calendar management, as well as management of content and flow of information to senior executives.
· Support HRBPs to smoothly run various activities such as: Organizing team building activities, award ceremonies, Town Halls and off-site strategy sessions and keeping a track record of events and expenses.

Manage CD’s electronic diary, assessing priority of appointments and reallocation as necessary.
Ensuring the schedule is up to date and accurate.
Reading and analyzing incoming correspondence including memos, submissions, reports, posts and emails to determine their significance and plan their distribution.
Process CD’s correspondence, ensuring that incoming correspondence is dealt with by the CD/or on behalf of the CD;
Drafting responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.
Assist CD in researching and following up with action on matters which fall within the CD’s responsibility – chasing responses, triggering follow-up action;
Organize appointments, meetings and conferences which may include collating meeting papers, coordinating venues and arranging travel itineraries;
Produce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations for the CD;
Preparing agendas and making arrangements for committee, board, and other meetings;
Taking SLT and all required meeting minutes;
Produce agendas and Minutes of the Meeting
To prepare documents at a high standard every time and completed in accordance with agreed timelines;
Manage CD’s travel arrangements (including visas/accommodation).
Maintain records of CD’s contacts.
Screen calls, enquiries and requests, and deal with them when appropriate;
The CD’s needs are anticipated and met in a positive, pleasant and discreet manner.
Collating weekly progress reports from SLT members and presenting to CD with findings/comments/concerns/actions.
Open and sort post, action where needed.
In the absence of the CD, handle routine and ad hoc matters and refer enquiries to the appropriate person.
Organizing team offsite meetings.
Writing ads for different government and private companies. Designing campaigns for different political parties
