I provide essential support for effective project management and accountability. This includes implementing Monitoring, Evaluation, and Reporting Plans, producing detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to update the Country Office, and assisting in various project evaluations. I actively contribute to the development of a Complaint and Feedback Mechanism to enhance accountability to beneficiaries and those affected by crises. 
My responsibilities extend to managing project timelines, maintaining the Performance Monitoring Framework, and creating case studies to capture qualitative project outcomes. I also conduct key informant interviews and ensure accurate documentation and translation of interview notes. Additionally, I assist in translating materials into local languages and meticulously maintain both electronic and hard copies of monitoring records. My commitment extends to completing any tasks assigned by the manager to ensure the successful completion of projects.

In my role as a dedicated Cash Voucher Officer, I was responsible for ensuring a seamless cash transfer process, providing assistance to beneficiaries, and maintaining effective team coordination. I also conducted crucial meetings with Community Members (COs), Village Organizations (VOs), and Local Support Organizations (LSOs).
My duties included revitalizing Community Members and Village Organizations, particularly those affected by migration or loss. I diligently maintained field records and documented activities during site visits. Additionally, I conducted Participatory Wealth Ranking (PWR) to identify the most vulnerable families in the village.
