At Premier Industrial Chemicals my responsibilities include
Research and Development to improve Distillation and Fermentation efficiency.
Analyzing Raw material quality, controlling and improving the quality of all products.
Hands on experience in Plant control program DCS YOKOGAWA.
Responsible for troubleshooting, routine operations, plant startup and shutdown.
Responsible for conducting day-to-day operation activities with all departments.
Full command on routine lab analysis, including moisture of the Product.
Managing Staff Rosters, assigning different tasks to the respective persons.
Look after overall functions of Operations, including Utilities, Water treatment Units (Reverse Osmosis), Storage & handling equipment.
Daily Documentation of Plant (Chemical receptions, Lab reports, Production reports).
Planning and execution of Plant maintenance in coordination with the management objectives.

At Atlas Power Plant learned basic operation and process including maintenance.

Overall description of process of power generation and to get familiarize with all the department's working schedule and their role in whole plant.
Examining the parameters followed by working staff and making sure the proper maintenance of equipments to ensure smooth running of process
