I am Expert in Operation Department with more than 06 years of experience in development sectors (NGOs) in Human Rights, Education, Climate Change, FSL (Food Security and Livelihood) and Humanitarian Responses related projects. I providing consultative services to several printing Presses/INGOs/NGOs/Government as innovative graphic designer as personal interest. I have designed wide-range of Magazines, IEC material, develop concept based layouts and designs and has been involved in Social Media related promotional activities for almost a decade. Moreover, the I have performed duties with contribution efforts in programs and operation departments (HR, Finance, Admin Logistics and IT) through manually and enterprise resource planning (ERP Online).
Taking the lead on producing high-quality donor reports in a timely manner and in
compliance with donor requirements. This includes effectively liaising with
different teams (Finance, logistics, Operations, etc.) to gather the information
required for the reports.
Creating and ensuring data collection templates are populated by relevant parties
(field teams), including following up.
Supporting different department to strengthen internal reporting (including the
Monthly Management Reports) mechanisms.
Coordinating with other sectors and departments for the provision of any
additional reporting, documentation and editing support required.
Show flexibility and willingness to work on short deadlines and long working
hours, and actively participate with incoming surge teams in the event of a crisis
or emergency.
