 Processing Final Settlements and Exit Management.
 Conducting orientation for all new hires.
 Lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department.
 Presenting HR Reports on Weekly and Monthly Basis.

 Update & Processing Loans (PF Loan, Car Loan, Salary Advance).
 Maintaining Employee Records (Attendance, Overtime, Shift Allowance etc.).
 Executive of Training and Development Programs.
 Ensuring Employee Benefits as per Company’s Policies (OPD, Medical Insurance).
 Presenting HR Reports on Weekly and Monthly Basis.
 Perform Other Duties as Assigned.
