• Regular monitor of all project activities, expenditures cash disbursement, food distribution, training and responsible for effective and efficient management of the project.
• Close coordination and liaison with District administration, Health Management , line departments INGOs, PDMA, BDS (Bomb Disposal Squared), security agencies and government elected representative at district level.
• Monitoring of field staff and CFPs that conducted session on climate change / behavior change of the community  in different tehsil of the district  and their intervention in the field .
• Consolidate reports and findings of the submitted documents including technical studies, surveys and FGDs. 
• Meetings and presentation to authorities and relevant stakeholders regarding the objectives of the program.
• Coordinate with the media and communication department to ensure program visibility.
• Arranged orientation sessions for religious scholar, journalists, social activists, government elected representatives ,youth committee, community stakeholders on climate change and behavioral change in the district.
• Develop appropriate effective tools and mechanisms in consultation with area offices and project leads for effective capturing of progress.
• Capacity building of the relevant stakeholders by planning and organizing sessions/trainings.
• Collaborate with the program management in head office for the implementation of the project activities and sharing of updates ensures Project Coordination, Networking & Visibility.
• Regular visit and monitoring of screening camp in COVID-19. Engaging volunteers in COVID-19 awareness sessions, displaying of poster and flexes. 

• Conduct risk assessments and analysis to identify hazards, vulnerabilities, and risks in disaster-prone areas. Use this information to develop appropriate interventions and strategies.• Assist Program Manager in developing strategies to ensure community engagement and participation in DRR activities. • In case of disaster, provide support during emergencies and disasters, including the development and implementation of emergency response plans and procedures.• Support field teams in Implementation of DRR related activities and mobilize local communities towards Project activities.• Lead the development and implementation of climate smart and climate adaptation interventions in different tehsil of the district.• Maintain ongoing surveillance of the developing humanitarian emergency and recovery situation and adjust activities accordingly at district level.• Establish and maintain constructive working relationships with other NGO’s, local government, and donors, and other principle stakeholders including the law enforcement agencies.• Ensure that different sectoral activities of DRR are implemented in a coordinated and cohesive manner.• Create the conditions to ensure effective teamwork, team building and morale.• Ensure all project staff understand and carry out their duties in accordance with humanitarian principles, core values, and DRR principles• Conduct performance appraisals of project staff and ensure regular feedback and mentoring on individual performance;• Create a strong network with government line departments and stakeholders for climate adaptation efforts.• 

• Provide feedback to the Project Manager on project  activities.
• Identification of risk and issues and then concern to supervisor to design a plan for their mitigation. 
• organize community meetings, through engaging with relevant community elders to ensure that community members and stakeholders have a clear understanding of the project goals and objectives .
• Maintain accurate and up to date records and data related to all victims and assist and implement any emergency contingency plans .  
• Conduct awareness sessions in targeted communities regarding risk awareness 
• Create linkages between the communities and the project, the local government and the relevant departments for project implementation.
• Engaging community members in various project related activities ensuring that activities are implemented in an appropriate manner.
• Mobilize community groups, sensitize and train them on specific topics as required.
• Meetings with stakeholders for awareness regarding CBRE/VA.(Community Base Risk Education &Victim Assistance ).
• Data collection of victims from the field and then maintain in data base on weekly and monthly bases 
• Reporting to office on daily bases about handicap peoples and sends them to PIPOS hospital.
