-Conducted Kaizen activities at Football and Shin Guard, placed kaizen activity boards at football and shin guard
section, conduct kaizen training sessions.
-Developed and implemented 6s standard for improvement in football and shin guard section.
-Did complete time and motion study at each workstation.
-Calculate SMVs, Work for SMVs improvement at each workstation.
-Did complete project on Line balancing and layout, implement improved process flow layouts.
-Design new layouts and workstations.
-Efficiency improvements using different techniques.
-Right First Time (RFT) and Production per head (PPH) improvement by using different statistical approach.
-Work for better product quality by using different Quality improvements techniques such as, fish-bone diagram,
