-Provided day to day PSS activities in the WGFS.
Provided age-appropriate GBV case management, including: assessment of women and adolescent girl’s needs.
-provided emotional support, basic, crisis counseling (and in some contexts further individual counseling), safety strategizing and risk assessing; development of action plans; support in pursuing services and support; safe, confidential and appropriate referrals in-line with the formal GBV referral pathways.
-Provided discretionary assistance (such as dignity kits).
-Support to conduct psychosocial/ group support activities with women and adolescent girls to meet the emotional needs of survivors, build support networks among women/girls, and promote social integration of survivors and other diverse women.
-Ensured proper documentation and confidential submission of reported GBV incidences through utilization of GBV case intake, action, follow up and other case management forms appropriately.
-Maintained detailed and confidential case files, ensuring they are carefully and safely stored in the in-line with the Case Management Protocol, data protection protocols, and safety and ethical standards on GBV information management by maintaining GBV case codes.
-Actively participate in the mandatory monthly team case management meeting at the Office, and the individual supervision sessions with our case work supervisor.
-Maintained confidential referral procedures.
Followed GBV guiding principles of respect, confidentiality, and safety/security and non- discrimination while providing services to women and girls.
-Monitored how the GBV referral pathway is working through making direct follow ups with other organizations that are providing services to survivors.
-Conduct ongoing focus group discussions with women and adolescent girls to inform program activities.
-Complete monthly activity reports, according to guidance provided by the GBV Case Management Supervisor.

Worked as a Head of the Department of Psychology, Clinical Psychologist (was dealing with the patiens suffering from Cerebral Palsy,who are physically disable and also those who were suffering from other mental health issues at Mahboob Medical institute.

Working at FYA as a school counselor.school students have bussier schedules than ever,some of them faces additional problems related to family,academics and with friends..i as a school counselor helping them to deal with these problems..

During my stay here i availed every opportunity to attend patients suffering from psychological disorders.I observed and interview patients during follow up of MDR TB patients on monthly basis.I also participated in academic activities including journal clubs,short cases,long cases and clinical discussion.
