As i have done M.Phil ( Educational Leadership and Management) and currently working as a Principal, i am responsible for managing the major administrative tasks and supervision of all students and teachers, i want to get more knowledge as a leader in order to shape a vision of academic success for all students, managing people, data, processes and cultivating leadership in others.So I want to become more powerful leader and guide who can improve teaching learning process. I also have done masters in Economics from University of the Punjab and currently doing masters in English.
