Projects: Mogas Receipt Capacity Enhancement Pipeline at “Shell Machike Bulk Oil Terminal Sheikhupura Punjab”.
Responsibilities:
1.To align the necessary Work Permit attachments such as Method Statement, Job Safety Analysis and Work Permit Certificates according to the job for the work permit issuance.
2. Supervision of fabrication and welding activity of Carbon Steel 12” diameter pipeline and Tank Nozzle Modification of large diameter Tanks.
3. To ensure execution of fabrication and Welding according to the specifications and up to the Quality Standards prescribed in ASME section ix, ASME 31.3 and API 1104.
4. To complete the project in accordance with the Project timeline, fulfilling the required quality and Safety standards according to the demand of Shell International
Trainee Engineer
Responsibilities:
1. Worked closely with senior engineers and technologists to gain extensive knowledge of maintenance of grid station and relevant maintenance procedures; ensured smooth working of transmission lines.
2. Learned technical knowledge related to working of mechanical workshops; prepared technical reports and periodically reported to department head.
