Preparing weekly & monthly progress reports and sharing with line departments. Meetings with line departments (education & District Government), Verification of construction Quality & Quantities according JEN approved Technical guidelines & Specification.

Assessment of community Based gravity water supply at Upper Orakzai, communities affected by counter terrorism operations. Complete Design and estimation for the projects, assisting procurement departments during Contract awaiting process, develop field based tamplets for construction related activities & progress and preparing weekly plans to support Field team & Engineer in during physical implementation process. Develop construction guideline for contractor, Preparing weekly & monthly progress reports and sharing with line departments. Meetings with line departments (PHED & District Government), Verification of construction Quality & Quantities according JEN approved Technical guidelines & Specifications for running & financial bills, also support finance department during payments process & keep Track records for each scheme. Fully lead & Supervise All WASH construction activities. Training for (DWCAGs) regarding O&M and other Hygiene related training. Fallow Health, safety guidelines & Corona SOPs during implementation process. Assist JEN for future intervention, assessment & Technical support (BOQ s & Design presentation) for livelihood (KPK) & Education (Dadu Sindh) Projects.

Assessment for New classroom & Rehabilitation, Preparing BOQs, Design auto CAD drawings. Assist JEN Procurement during contract awarding process, Preparing tentative plane for Field team & Field Engineer, Spot Visit to construction site (Schools) to monitor and complains visits during physical construction. Check qualitative & Quantities according to JEN Technical & Specifications guidelines. , Preparing weekly & monthly physical progress reports and Sharing with line departments (Education & District Govt) Support Field team and finance during Schools PTCs Trainings also O&M Training for PTCs. Preparing Contractors Running, final bills as per site work done with supportive documents and assist finance during payments process, spot check for JEN Health & Safety guidelines. Meetings with Line DEPARTMEN (DEO Kurram, District Administration & Local Govt). Future intervention & Assessments in District Kurram (Livelihood Project) and WASH Orakzai, Preparing BOQs & Technical documents.

EU Funded Project ,Assistance Provided to The CDLD engineering Team Regarding different community Physical Infrastructure, Coordination with District administration regarding community physical infrastructure in all tehsils in district Shangla funded by Govt of KP & Europe Union.
Compliance field reports along with RIEs & AC,s to and preparation of Compliance reports and sharing with HD head office & senior Engineers. Preparation of Project DPPs & revision along with poll of engineers. Review of MIDs data & coordination meeting with POE (Poll of Engineers) regarding program & shearing updates with DAI/HD Head office.
Assisting Site Engineer & social team in initial social & technical feasibility, Preparing of BOQ (DPPs) and auto cad Designs. 

This is University of Swat Project at sub Campus at District Shangla construction Rehabilitation.
Over all responsibilities of construction work , Renovation of Existing building , Staff Management , procurement, meeting with consultants, and supervision /Monitoring of construction activities according to the Specifications provided /agreed by UOS.

UNICEF 3rd party Monitoring of Pre-fabricated Schools,  WASH activities i.e gravity water supply, boreholes, washing pads, toilets Facilities provided both community and education institutions. Spot check, fallow up, final verification conducted regularly for schemes funded UNICEF by implementing partners in FATA (FR Kohat, Orakzai, Kurram) and KPK Shangla district.

The Project is Funded by Diakonie Katastrophenhilfe Assessments & Identification and survey of DRR schemes in 3 no target UC, s in District Shangla. Conducting technical feasibility of pathways, footbridges, culverts, link roads, protection Walls & detail estimate for each scheme.
Preparing of Auto cad details drawing for each schemes, i.e. Plans, elevations & x-sections,
Assisting admin & finance office in procurement process regarding quality and quantity.
Physical implementation of scheme on site with coordination of local community.
Daily monitoring visits of construction process and checking according to HIN guidelines and an shoring quality of construction work. Maintaining daily attendance sheet for labor and materials stock register. Collecting visual data, pic, feedback of community/labors related to each scheme and shear with PM/Team. 

HUMQADAM school reconstruction & rehabilitation project funded by UK DFID.
conducting comprehensive physical survey of existing building rehabilitation, preparing site drawing along with dimension with identification of missing facilities at regarding school’s strength, for new construction proposed plot identification along with school administration coordination & also education department. Preparing rehab BOQ, s at site along with drawing guide contractors during physical implementation process specially contractor site engineer at site regarding HUMQADAM/IMC construction guidelines. Shearing site related issues with Sr, Engineer Provincial Engineer and Construction Supervision Managers and updating tracking sheets &
Assist contractors during physical implementation process specially contractor site engineer at site regarding HUMQADAM/IMC construction guidelines with site protection and usage of PSE (personal safety equipment’s).Update against each activity, with recommendation & feedback .Physically verifications invoices/Bills, bar bending schedule on construction stage completion.

Disaster Risk Reduction Project at funded by German Cooperation effected communities by flood 2010.
Conducting community level survey for Safe Point & Wash facilities and Identification of suitable location for safe point Construction. Preparing detail BOQs along with detail AutoCAD drawing.
Field visit during physical implantation process, according to the organization criteria & design.
Collecting visual data photos of Safe Point, WASH construction related activities reports and share with Head of mission on weekly basis.
Assisting admin & logistic departments regarding bills verification and payments process.

DWSS Construction in Flood effected Communities of District Swat funded by Swiss development cooperation.                                                                                                                Regular follow ups of Water Supply Schemes to monitor construction works and to ensure quality construction according to CESVI standards and approved design and timely complication of the projects.

CRS Funded Project, Construction of Micro hydro power & water mill in damaged by flood 2010.
Identification & Details survey for Micro Hydel Power Plants (MHP’s) and Water Mill’s and collecting local material rates for BOQs  along with design.
Layout of MHP feeding Power channel, Fore bay, and Power house and fallow up site visits during construction process for quality construction according guideline & organization specifications.  
Collect Daily progress reports along with pictures and discuss issue related to construction during process faced by communities /Contractors.
Provide technical assistance to Skill and Unskilled labors in construction process and updates labour attendance sheet. 
Conducting O& M session for MHPs operators and community members.

Emergency response Project for flood 2010 effected communities at District shangla & Kohistan funded by Caritas.
Rapid need base assessment and identification of water supply, link road, pathways, irrigation channel, and water pond schemes in flood effected communities of 2 districts.
Conducting Surveys of schemes, collecting field data for BOQs & design preparation , site layout according to the approved plan and Technical guidelines.

Conducting Technical & Social assessment for identification of IDPs assistance & infrastructure in District Lower Dir for drinking water supply sources, & damaged school’s rehabilitation, Latrine construction.
Basic responsibilities survey, Estimate, and Monitoring of construction work of and preparation of running bills against each construction activity for solid waste management, Water Supply, Schools Class Rooms, etc.
