I am a mechanical engineer with 3 years of experience in production planning and control in Omar Jibran Engineering Industries Limited.
I am passionate about production and inventory management. I have spent last one year helping enhancing production achievement targets through micro-management, minimizing rejection and rework by conduction training sessions of employees and controlling cost through some design changes in the processes. I reduced absenteeism and turn over by 7.32% and 3.57% respectively. Production target achievement reached at a maximum of 99.2%.
