Customer satisfaction in enhancing loyalty with islamic banks.

The main objective of this study is to measure the “Customer Satisfaction in Enhancing loyalty in Islamic Banks of Pakistan.” This project study was conducted for partial fulfillment of MBA degree as a course of 06 credit hours. The study was addressed by certain research questions later these questions were answered in findings chapter. The major focus of this study is on the customer satisfaction in Islamic banking sectors. The major findings of this study was that the satisfaction is significantly associated with the Bankers performance, as any change occur in sarisfaction level there is also a change in bankers performance. Satisfaction may result in positive manner as well as negative manner. If there is positive satisfaction it will cause an increment in banking performance, satisfaction level among customers enables students compete successfully with other banking customers, but if there is negative satisfaction it can destroy the career of bankers. For conducting this study this quantitative research approach was used. A survey questionnaire was used to collect the data consists of 2 variables namely customers satisfaction, and loyalty with 10 questions. Response of the respondents were measured by using 5-ponit likert scale (1=Strongly Disagree, 2=Disagree, 3= Neutral, 4=Agree and 5= Strongly Agree). For measuring accuracy of data the reliability of questionnaire was measured through SPSS 16 version of each variable shown in data analysis chapter No.04 Further collected data was analyzed through SPSS 16 version
