Replacement pneumatic fans impeller and pulley alignment, conveyor roller bearing block and chain sprocket change and impeller balancing and manage the spare ready. Hydraulic pumps maintenance preventive, corrective maintenance. Troubleshooting of mechanical equipment and conveyor maintenance. Any abnormal sounds check of the equipment with testo scope. Suction flow check of lines with flow measureing tool.Motor RMP check tecometer.gear ratio check.all type of maintenance in running plant. Monthly update the machine history Attend training session with German,s and Malaysians.
