• Responsible to manage and implement the relocation project by providing safe houses, water and sanitation, livelihood, education and health facilities to disaster affected households and the families who are living at high risk area of Badswat village in Immit valley on a relatively safer area.
• Responsible to implement the resettlement program for the households affected by 2015 earth quake in Gupis -Phader area of District Ghizer (Gilgit Baltistan).
• Responsible for rapid assessment of disaster affected houses in Phander and Immit valley and provide them relief in time. Proving transitional shelters to the affected families ss per assessment findings.
• Coordination with all stakeholders involved in relocation and resettlement programs for the affected households as a programme Manager.
• Providing technical and management support to field team in implementing the programme in the field.
• Responsible for the developing strategy for awareness raising and promotion of BACIP products in the field effectively.
• Responsible to ensure accomplishment of BACIP outcomes within given timeframe, budget and

• Responsible to furnish weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual progress reports of the projects as per requirement of the donors.
• Management of financial and human resources efficiently and effectively.

 Responsible to ensure accomplishment of MIRP outcomes within the given time frame, budget and within agreed quality. Leading and managing a multi-disciplinary team of 50 staff across the program area.
 Provide management and technical support to technical and social staff in planning, designing, and implementation of project activities in the field.
 Coordination with the partner institutions including AKES, P, AKRSP, AKICT, FOCUS. FMFB, and AKF, P to ensure timely completion of the outputs related to housing, economic revitalization and tertiary education.
 Developing MIRP as a model that can be replicated in similar situations in other parts of the world.
 To participate in the value engineering and review of all project drawings and specifications and provide specific suggestions for improving the contract and other documents.
 Coordinate and timely follow ups with consultants for designing of master plans and housing designs (architectural. Structural, plumbing and electrical).
 Supervision of emergency relief, recovery and rehabilitation activities in the program area. Ensure timely completion of rapid damage assessment, shelter construction, WASH facilities and resettlement of internally displaced persons (IDPs)
 Represent the organization with the partners and other stakeholders and facilitate the donor’s visit to project sites;
 Ensure timely submission of monthly, quarterly and annual reports with quality to donors;
