Major Responsibilities:
• General management and administration related to project.
• Responsible for overall planning and implementation of Project
• Responsible to Coordinate and communicate with Consultant and Contractor regarding project progress and issues.
• Detailed supervision of the internal and external electrification, HVAC, Plumbing works and civil works of the project as per international standard.
• Managing the project budget and estimation for future project development.
• Responsible for technical monitoring of all Electrical works, HVAC and plumbing works as per specification made by SEM.
• Responsible to provide engineering and technical supports to all the electrical and HVAC teams at site.
• Responsible for preparation of maintaining project record of MOM(Minutes of Meeting), Submittal status, Material status, Shop Drawings status, As build Drawings Status(ABDs), Progress reports and Non Compliance Reports.
• Responsible to conduct testing and commissioning of all electrical, plumbing and HVAC works as per specification.
• Ensuring, in principle that all site works are done according to all applicable quality standards.

Major Responsibilities:

• Responsible for proper cooperation and coordination with Client, FND and Contractors team to ensure proper, correct and speedy completion of project.
• Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly progress reports
• Verification of Contractors Running bill as per measurement at site.
• Interpretation of design drawings and specifications and ensure their proper translation into shop drawings by the contractor

• Supervision of installation and commissioning of Turbine, Generator and Auxiliary System
• Conduct Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning Test of Rotor and stator of each Generator
• Supervision of installation, testing and commissioning of Switch yard and Control Room Equipment.
• Supervision of fabrication and Installation works of 4.12 km penstock line.
• Inspection of Welded Joints of pipes through UT as per ASME standards
• Inspection of Paints on Penstock pipes through DFT test.
• Supervision of installation and commissioning of electrical equipment at two Grid Stations (Nomal and Gilgit) and their inter connections.
• Supervision of installation Earthing System in Grid stations, Switch yard and Power House
• Supervision of Survey, planning and spotting of 28 km long 132 kV transmission line.
• Supervision of Erection and stringing of 132 kV ZM Towers
• Checking and vetting of material reached at site.
• Quality control of all installation works at site.
• Physical verification of Contractor’s interim payment certificate (IPC)
• Preparation of monthly progress report.

Major Responsibilities:
• Design, repair/replacement of Protection and Instrumentation System of hydel stations in GB
• Supervision of Repairing and rewinding of ac Synchronous Generator up to 1 MW.
• Rewinding, repair and testing of Generators and Transformer.
• Preparation of Diagnostic Report of Hydel Station.
• Installation of VCBs and protective equipment in various power houses in GB.
• Extensive knowledge in preparing Equipment Layouts, Equipment and fabrication drawings
• Technical Support during procurement, manufacturing, installation and commissioning
• Reporting to Executive Engineer for site status/ site related issues if any.
• Worked on the preparation of PC-1 of Establishment of E/M Laboratory at GBHEW.
• Preparation of PC-I and PC-IV proforma of different project.

26MW Shagarthang Hydropower Project
• Preparation of Engineering Design for 26MW Power Station with 3 units of 10.22MVA each, 66 kV switchyard with Double Bus Single Breaker Scheme and 66 kV T/L Interconnection with Grid Station.
06MW Thak Chilas Hydropower Project
• Engineering Design of 06MW Power Plant with 3 units of 2MW each, 33 kV switchyard with Single Bus Single Breaker Scheme due to small plant capacity and Double Circuit 33 kV T/L Interconnection with Grid Station.
External and Internal Electrification of the Colonies of the Pashdan and Machalgo Dam Afghanistan
• Preliminary Design of Distribution system (HT & LT).
• Preparation of Bill of Quantities.
• Planning and routing of H.T & L.T underground Cable
