Faut rectification in Reach Stacker and Empty Handler (Kalmar,Linde,Funtuzzi and Dalian).  Easily read out the manuals and resolve the issue from the electrical and hydraulic side.  Working as a Maintenance Engineeer in workshop.  Supervise all maintenance tasks related to container handling equipment and ensure quality work in minimum time  Create plans for major maintenance tasks such as engine overhauling and hydraulic cylinders rebuild  Create demands and receive orders of parts and lubricants  Develop, implement and monitor proper maintenance program for container handling equipment.  Develop KPI of all equipment and record keeping of all workshop activities and inventory Analysis of parts usage frequency and equipment’s faults.  Designing the circuits and work bench where we have to check the sensor and electronic card.  Preventive and corrective maintenance of Reach Stacker, Empty Handler and forklift.  Generating and closing of Preventive, Corrective Maintenance Work orders and maintaining all maintenance system.
