• Preparation of BOQ (Bill of Quantities )
• Preparation of Bar Bending Schedule.
• Preparation of Daily Progress Report.
• Implementation of Quality Assurance of work.
• Solve technical or non technical problems may arise on site.
• Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials and plant.
• Managing, Monitoring and Interpreting the contract design documents supplied by the consultants.
• Day to day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Preparation of Daily Progress Report.
• Preparation of Daily Work Schedule.
• Implementation of Quality Assurance of work.
• Taking up work detail from the higher levels accurately and pass it to the below contractors, supervisor or labor worker.
• Preparation of interim payment certificate (IPC).
• Coordinates with client and consultant and convey information from top to bottom.
• Preparation of measurement sheet.
• Attend day to day meeting with client, consultant and sub contractor.
