Responsibilities:
Sound understanding of SC flows.
Made purchase orders (PO), good receiving note (GRN) and purchase invoice (PI) of raw materials on Business Management Software (BMS).
Maintaining variety of records files and reports; maintaining records of stock and order supplies as necessary.
Checking the dispatching whether FIFO is followed or not.
Issuing the inventory through FIFO method.
Generate computerized Delivery challan (DC), Gate Pass and packing list in BMS software of Finish Goods Delivery.
Maintain the stock available in the warehouse for timely delivery.
Manage inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with quantities in BMS software.
Supervise Stamping on blisters and packs.
Performed other duties as assigned.
