 Make Wel come letter to arrival guests.
 Scan the document of hotel and mail.
 Update Local area information in the Hotel web side.
 Attendance of staff in dashboard.
 Taking booking of meeting rooms and boards rooms.
 Printing guest document and hotel document.
 Mail to airport staff to pick up the arrival guests.
 Binding the document of guests.
 Assist guest with reservation.
 Ensure guest is serviced within specified time.
 Take quick action on guests’ problem and solve it immediately.
